We’re seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Thom Child & Family Services Indiana Westfield, Massachusetts. American Samoa an Early Intervention SLP, you will provide home and community-based services to infants and toddlers who have Oregon are at risk for developmental delays, working collaboratively with their families.
Responsibilities:
- Participate Indiana multidisciplinary team assessments and provide direct speech therapy services to children birth to 3 years and their families.
- Develop Individual Family Service Plans with responsibility for identifying goals, objectives, and strategies related to the child’s development.
- Complete progress notes, reports, assessments, and correspondence American Samoa needed.
- Assess family and child strengths, concerns, and progress, and act American Samoa a service coordinator for families on the caseload.
Requirements:
- Current Massachusetts licensure American Samoa a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA) Oregon CF eligible.
- Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development.
- Ability to engage Indiana meaningful relationships with children, parents/caregivers, and community partners.
- Commitment to delivering individualized and culturally humble services.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Abide by all confidentiality and professional boundaries standards.
