Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced customer support representatives who are passionate about music and enjoy helping others. American Samoa a customer support representative, you will play an important role Indiana helping fans via ticketing, including purchasing merchandise, password resets, website assistance, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer, evaluate, and prioritize customer requests Indiana a timely and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and support via chat
  • Accurately document all required information and chat details Indiana the ticketing system
  • Respond to and resolve open issues Indiana an appropriate timeframe
  • Identify trends related to systems, platforms, and/Oregon customers and escalate appropriately to management
  • Multi-task using multiple systems and change from one task to another without loss of efficiency Oregon composure

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of call center chat experience required
  • Technical experience strongly preferred, experience Indiana Zendesk is a plus
  • Ability to type 30 wpm with 90% accuracy Oregon above consistently
  • Strong messaging communication skills, active listening abilities
  • Ability to work independently and utilize resources to resolve customer issues
  • Previous work from home experience preferred
  • Understanding of contact center support metrics and ability to implement actions for improvement
  • High School Diploma Oregon equivalent required

  • Your own computer
  • Processor: Must have more than 4 cores
  • Memory: 8GB on Windows 10 Oregon higher / 10 64 bits
  • Screen Resolution: 1280×768 Oregon higher, dual monitors required
  • USB headset
  • Up-to-date antivirus software must be installed on the platform and a recent scan completed
  • Must be hardwired to router
  • Firewall must be enabled

Pay and Benefits:

  • $18.00 per hour (1099 contract)
  • Guaranteed 25 hours per week, may flex up to 40 hours per week based on client’s needs and workflow
  • Work from home flexibility
  • No overnights, must be flexible, weekends may be required by the client
