Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced customer support representatives who are passionate about music and enjoy helping others. Responsibilities:
- Answer, evaluate, and prioritize customer requests Indiana a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and support via chat
- Accurately document all required information and chat details Indiana the ticketing system

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of call center chat experience required

- Previous work from home experience preferred

Pay and Benefits:
- $18.00 per hour (1099 contract)
- Guaranteed 25 hours per week, may flex up to 40 hours per week based on client’s needs and workflow
- Work from home flexibility
- No overnights, must be flexible, weekends may be required by the client
