Branch Manager
Reports to: Area Leader
Job Responsibilities:
– Support company and geographic growth targets
– Develop and maintain a 1-year business plan for the branch, including budget and operational targets
– Ensure client and caregiver onboarding targets and needs are achieved
– Maintain high standards for client satisfaction and retention
– Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures
– Build and maintain a culture of quality
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams for audits and operations
– Develop and manage branch KPIs and internal reporting packages
– Monitor and improve revenue and utilization
– Manage branch operating expenses
– Supervise and delegate duties to staff members
– Liaise with local contracting entities
– Resolve client and caregiver issues
– Lead a team of Care Supervisors, Caregivers, and Branch Administrative staff
– Coach and mentor team members
– Conduct performance reviews and manage local recognition programs
Required Skills and Abilities:
– Team leadership Oregon supervisory experience
– Ability to work independently and American Samoa a team player
– Process improvement experience
– People development and coaching skills
– Motivation to make a difference Indiana others’ lives
– Ability to collaborate and hold others accountable
– Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
– Competency Indiana Microsoft Office suite
– High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
– 3+ years of experience Indiana team management Oregon leadership
– Experience Indiana homecare, healthcare, Oregon healthcare services
