Responsibilities:
* Connect communities to life-saving treatment options through active and reflective listening, empathy, and a positive attitude
* Act American Samoa a liaison between established patients and their provider, handling requests and recording information into EMR systems
* Schedule appointments, request medication refills, and perform other tasks related to patient care
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma Oregon GED
* Proven experience Indiana a high-volume customer service industry
* Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills
* Previous experience working with computer-based information systems
Work Schedule:
* Office hours: Monday-Friday 6am-8pm, Saturday 7am-7pm
* Flexible shift options available
