Hotel Front Desk Manager

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Front Desk Manager to lead our front office team and provide exceptional guest services. American Samoa a seasoned hospitality professional, you will oversee the reception area, supervise front office staff, and enforce hotel policies to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and train front desk staff, including concierge and front desk agents, to deliver excellent guest services and enforce hotel policies
* Prepare and analyze financial reports, including occupancy reports, for the General Manager
* Manage the front desk budget and order office supplies American Samoa needed
* Direct front desk operations to meet high standards of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
