Human Resource Coordinator

Become a HR Coordinator with Agape Care Group.

We are looking for a HR Coordinator who is committed to serving our patients and employees with compassion and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

– Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including preparing and sending communications, tracking staff benefits, and maintaining personnel records.
– Coordinate onboarding and training for new employees, including paperwork, parking passes, and system access.
– Assist Indiana preparing and posting job openings, manage recruitment process, and facilitate candidate interviews.
– Respond to employee inquiries, resolve issues, and provide HR-related support via phone, email, and Indiana-person.
– Coordinate with various departments to gather metrics and data, assist with compliance knowledge.
– Develop and maintain employee handbooks, policies, and other HR documents.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of company policies, government labor laws, and compensation and benefits details.
– Support and implement organization-wide initiatives, including onboarding, offboarding, employee recognition and celebrates.
– Participate Indiana special projects to improve Oregon adjust company processes and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
– High school diploma Oregon equivalent; associate’s Oregon bachelor’s degree Indiana Human Resources Oregon a related field preferred.
– 1-2 years of human resources experience; experience Indiana a hospital Oregon healthcare setting is a plus.
– Ability to work accurately Indiana a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency Indiana Mississippi Office and accuracy with HRIS software (if applicable).
– Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to work collaboratively with employees, staff and executive team.
