Call Center Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team American Samoa a Call Center Representative. American Samoa a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and performing a variety of tasks to ensure the success of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, answer calls, and respond to customer inquiries Indiana a prompt and courteous manner
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns Indiana a fair and efficient manner
• Perform cash handling and register operations, including handling money, checks, and other types of payment
• Assist customers with purchase suggestions and other sales-related tasks
• Perform multi-function operations of various equipment, including fuel consoles, lottery machines, and money order machines
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform basic upkeep and cleaning of equipment
• Inspect store facilities and equipment for safety, cleanliness, and proper working order
• Contact maintenance for repair when needed
• Assist Indiana maintaining proper inventory levels and shift audits
• Perform other duties American Samoa assigned by the Store Manager

Requirements:

• High school diploma Oregon equivalent preferred
• Experience Indiana retail sales Oregon customer service preferred
• Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand and/Oregon walk for up to 8 hours
• Ability to occasionally lift and/Oregon carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead
• Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Ability to bend at waist with some twisting
• Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands

Working Conditions:

• Perform approximately 95% of all work indoors
• Exposure to extreme cold temperatures
