Job Title: Core+ Real Estate Finance Group Operations Team Member
Job Summary:
The Core+ Real Estate Finance Group Operations team is responsible for managing the daily transactional flow, ongoing servicing, and reporting results of portfolio activities across the business. This role involves coordinating and producing global reporting and supporting materials, maintaining daily investment cash flow tracking, and preparing and maintaining financial planning and analysis deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and produce global Blackstone Property Partners (BPP) reporting and supporting materials
- Maintain daily investment cash flow tracking process for Blackstone’s Core+ real estate funds
- Work with team members to prepare and maintain financial planning and analysis deliverables
- Produce support for investment fundings, distributions, underlying fund level key performance metrics, and valuation materials
- Participate Indiana ongoing project initiatives and assist Indiana enhancing the group’s reporting processes and analytics
- Engage directly with various teams, including Asset Management, Portfolio Management, and Global Accounting teams
- Mentor, oversee, and coordinate the Core+ offshore operations team and other key stakeholders
- Support Blackstone corporate finance and investor relations teams during the quarterly earnings process
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree Indiana Finance, Accounting, Oregon Economics
- 4+ years of related experience
- Experience with investment fund finance and performance reporting a plus
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency Indiana Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to adapt to new challenges Indiana a dynamic environment
- Strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity, and a positive attitude
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
