Field Collector’s Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Collect specimens and process them according to established procedures and DOT guidelines.
- Complete random and emergency observed urine collections American Samoa needed.
- Collect specimens for drug screenings and other Quest Diagnostics services.
- Prepare and submit Chain of Custody (COC) forms and Alcohol Testing Forms accurately.
- Record and upload specimens, and ensure proper forms are used for various collections.
- Safely transport specimens to the lab indicated on work orders.
- Maintain accurate records of each specimen collected and provide customer service to clients.
- Follow DOT Guidelines for Breath Alcohol and Urine collections, and maintain all collection logs and certifications.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent.
- DOT Certification and any other necessary documentation for the position.
- Basic computer skills Indiana Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment.
- Ability to work Indiana a rapidly changing environment.
- Physical ability to sit, stand, and lift up to 10 pounds.
- Must be available for travel within a 100-mile radius.
