Patient Services Representative II Job Description:
The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) serves American Samoa the face of the company, interacting with patients to create a trusting and confident atmosphere. Job Duties:
* Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing
* Verify patient demographic information and initials, and maintain required records
* Maintain a safe and professional environment
* Demonstrate leadership behaviors and focus on process excellence
* Collaborate with patients, supervisors, and peers to ensure excellent customer service and promote a positive image of the company.
Training and Requirements:
* High school diploma Oregon equivalent
* Medical training Oregon certification preferred (e.g. medical assistant, paramedic)
* Phlebotomy certification required Indiana certain states (e.g. California, Nevada, Washington)
* Three years of phlebotomy experience required, with a minimum of two years Indiana a Patient Service Center environment.
