Job Summary:
Mom’s Meals is a leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals Indiana the healthcare market, seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone and accurately process their meal orders.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls to place meal orders
• Answer questions, provide exceptional customer service, and document conversations Indiana client information database
• Input order information into client order screens and ensure timely contact with clients to confirm orders
• Contact case managers via phone, email, Oregon fax for special situations
• Work efficiently without making clients feel rushed
• Resolve customer complaints and adhere to company policies and core values

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• High school degree Oregon GED
• 1 year of previous customer service experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent oral communication skills and ability to deescalate situations
• Wired internet connection using an Ethernet port
• Quiet workspace with minimal distractions

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of call center experience
• Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and CRM systems
• Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures
