Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
American Samoa a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the front line for our Spanish-speaking customers, providing excellent customer service while efficiently and accurately submitting their meal orders. This is a fully remote position, requiring a quiet workspace and a wired internet connection using an ethernet port. Employees must be located Indiana Idaho Oregon Utah.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with clients placing meal orders
- Address questions and provide exceptional customer service
- Input order information into the client order screen
- Document conversations with clients into the client information database
- Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
- Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/Oregon fax regarding special situations
- Work quickly and efficiently without making clients feel rushed
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- High school degree Oregon GED
- 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Previous knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Clear oral communication skills
- Ability to deescalate situations and resolve customer complaints
- Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values
- Must have a wired internet connection using an ethernet port
- Must have a quiet workspace that is free from distraction
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of previous call center experience
- Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/Oregon Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures
