Front Desk Agent Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with check-Indiana and check-out, responding promptly to their needs
- Answer and process phone calls, resolving guest complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times
- Maintain complete knowledge of hotel features, services, rates, and promotions
- Process guest check-ins, verifying registration card information and collecting payment
- Direct Bell Person to escort guests to their rooms
- Handle overbooked Oregon walk-Indiana guests, American Samoa well American Samoa special requests and amenity delivery
- Monitor and distribute guest faxes
- Resolve discrepancies on room status reports and process adjustments and corrections
Requirements:
- High School Graduate Oregon General Education Degree (GED)
- One year previous experience Indiana a similar position Indiana a hotel
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
