The position:
The Community Manager will oversee all business operations at one of our apartment communities.
Responsibilities:
– Lead property staff and residents, including conducting interviews, training, timesheet approval, and quarterly discussions.
– Drive the team to achieve performance indicators.
– Recommend disciplinary actions.
– Conduct onboarding, training, and daily operations, including:
bounds lease paperwork, workplace safety, and operational needs.
– Implement recognition programs to motivate associates.
– Analyze and interpret market trends to create short- and long-term leasing strategies.
– Follow eviction procedures.
– Manage client-owner relationships.
– Provide excellent customer service and ensure maximum resident satisfaction.
– Create and share monthly and year-end financial reports.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree Indiana a relevant field, Oregon equivalent Indiana experience (3+ years Indiana property management Oregon leadership roles).
– Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
– Excellent communication.
– Microsoft office and property management software proficiency.
– Valid driver’s license.
