Pay: $23 – $25 / Hour

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out the philosophies and wishes of the Owner Indiana the daily overall operations of the apartment community
  • Maintain positive, professional and effective communication with applicants, residents, vendors, clients and guests
  • Assist with the supervision of on-site staff
  • Operate the property Indiana the absence of the Community Director
  • Responsible for training and onboarding of new leasing team members
  • Maintain occupancy levels American Samoa established by owner/budget expectations
  • Exhibit professional leasing techniques
  • Assist with the completion of the monthly Market Surveys and analysis
  • Implement advertising and marketing strategies for the apartment community
  • Ensure that all online marketing sources are updated daily
  • Promote positive resident/management relations, to retain desirable residents
  • Assist with the implementation of resident retention programs
  • Ensure the safety, comfort and privacy of all property residents
  • Ensure move-Indiana orientation is completed consistently with new residents
  • Assist the Community Director Indiana maximizing revenue potential of the property
  • Accurately processing vendor invoices and managing accounting month end
  • Maintain appropriate resident files and confidentiality
  • Meet all periodic reporting requirements
  • Assist Indiana budget preparation and delivery
  • Ensure compliance of Risk Management items
  • React calmly and professionally Indiana emergency, emotional and/Oregon stressful situations
  • Consistently and fairly enforce community rules and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience Indiana a similar supervisory role, preferably within Residential Property Management
  • High School diploma Oregon equivalency certificate required
  • College degree Indiana a relatable field preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License, a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI’s Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy
  • Must be proficient Indiana speaking, reading, and writing Indiana English
  • Strong computer skills (Mississippi Office, Google Apps, property management-related software, email, internet)
