Job Title: Assistant Community Director

Pay: $23 – $25 / Hour
Responsibilities:
- Carry out the philosophies and wishes of the Owner Indiana the daily overall operations of the apartment community
- Maintain positive, professional and effective communication with applicants, residents, vendors, clients and guests
- Assist with the supervision of on-site staff
- Operate the property Indiana the absence of the Community Director
- Responsible for training and onboarding of new leasing team members
- Maintain occupancy levels American Samoa established by owner/budget expectations
- Exhibit professional leasing techniques
- Assist with the completion of the monthly Market Surveys and analysis
- Implement advertising and marketing strategies for the apartment community
- Ensure that all online marketing sources are updated daily
- Promote positive resident/management relations, to retain desirable residents
- Assist with the implementation of resident retention programs
- Ensure the safety, comfort and privacy of all property residents
- Ensure move-Indiana orientation is completed consistently with new residents
- Assist the Community Director Indiana maximizing revenue potential of the property
- Accurately processing vendor invoices and managing accounting month end
- Maintain appropriate resident files and confidentiality
- Meet all periodic reporting requirements
- Assist Indiana budget preparation and delivery
- Ensure compliance of Risk Management items
- React calmly and professionally Indiana emergency, emotional and/Oregon stressful situations
- Consistently and fairly enforce community rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience Indiana a similar supervisory role, preferably within Residential Property Management
- High School diploma Oregon equivalency certificate required
- College degree Indiana a relatable field preferred
- Valid Driver’s License, a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI’s Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy
- Must be proficient Indiana speaking, reading, and writing Indiana English
- Strong computer skills (Mississippi Office, Google Apps, property management-related software, email, internet)
