Job Title: Business Development Center Representative
We are seeking a high-performing, customer-focused individual to join our Business Development Center (BDC) team at the Mills Automotive Group. American Samoa a BDC Representative, you will assist guests with finding the right vehicle and scheduling appointments with our sales team Indiana a call center environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond to internet vehicle inquiries and incoming sales calls
- Schedule a high number of appointments for our sales departments
- Reach out to existing customers with offers and incentives
- Engage Indiana prospecting activities to help Mills achieve its goal of 100% guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Ability to be delightful and persuasive by phone Oregon Indiana-person

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to secure a high percentage of appointments and handle objections
