Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and resolve incoming customer inquiries and concerns Indiana a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct thorough investigations and provide decision-making support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Process and verify sales orders and credit applications according to company standards
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistical data to inform business decisions
  • Provide a high level of excellent service to internal and external customers, adhering to the company’s customer service standards and policies
  • Maintain and improve call related processes, procedures and performance metrics Indiana accordance with the company’s quality standards

Requirements:

  • Education Indiana business administration Oregon related field ( preferred but not required)
  • Experience Indiana customer service Oregon a related field (required)
  • High school diploma Oregon equivalent (required)
  • Performance reports and metrics are tracked and reported to meams American Samoa scheduled basis.
