Job Summary
We’re seeking a Manager Indiana Training to assist the Store Manager Indiana achieving sales goals, controlling expenses, and protecting company investments. The role involves recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining top performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Enforce company policies and practices, and provide feedback, coaching, and accountability
- Supervise store operations Indiana the Store Manager’s absence
- Implement and maintain company initiatives to company standards
- Offer exceptional customer service
- Communicate store needs to the Store Manager
- Resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain an occurrence of bank deposits

Requirements
- 6-12 months of retail sales experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work 45 hours/week, including nights and weekends, with flexibility
- Willingness to learn the Journeys culture and policies
- Physical stamina for 45-pound lifts, standing, and moving throughout a store
- Ability to maintain a consistent schedule
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Available to work Indiana a fast-paced environment
