Answer incoming phone calls from store level employees, log and document concerns/issues Indiana detail and triage/route accordingly. Assist with entry-level calls, including outside service vendors to request service and service updates.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer phone calls and document reason for call.
2. Assist callers with basic inquiries.
3. Triage and escalate call tickets to specific corporate departments Oregon technical support representatives.
4. Maintain store communication and technical support coordination.
5. Maintain quality by adhering to standards and guidelines.
6. Contact outside vendors to request service and updates, follow up if necessary.
Requirements:
– High School Diploma/GED
– Previous customer service experience preferred.
