Lead Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team American Samoa a Lead Customer Service Representative. American Samoa a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with daily tasks, and lead shifts on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

* Greet customers and provide excellent customer care
* Run the register, cashier, and make purchasing suggestions
* Work with the food program and maintain a high standard of store appearance
* Interact with customers daily and work with a fun, energetic team
* Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
* Lead a team of employees and supervise entry-level employees

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of retail and customer service experience
* Experience Indiana sales, cashiering, Oregon entry-level management
* High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
* Ability to stand and/Oregon walk for up to 8 hours, and perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and grasping

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to stand and/Oregon walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/Oregon carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes Indiana a shift
* Occasionally lift and/Oregon carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
