Job Title: Front End Operations Support Specialist

Job Summary: Provide day-to-day support for the Front End department, ensuring efficient and excellent customer service, efficient operations, and clean and organized store layout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve processes, policies, and procedures for the Front End, Customer Service Center, and Accounting departments
  • Design and implement an efficient working environment for the Front End, Customer Service, and Accounting teams
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and efficient operations throughout the department
  • Develop and maintain reports such American Samoa the Shopping Experience Progress Report and Customer Tracker
  • Provide training and coaching to Customer Service Managers and Front End Supervisors
  • Communicate and implement company initiatives and process improvements to direct reports

Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • 1-2 years of retail experience with a focus on customer service and front-end operations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle large workloads
  • Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office applications and experience with various software systems (e.g. ACE, Supersked)
  • Understanding of key components of department operations (e.g. customer service, merchandising, inventory management, shrink control, labor scheduling)
  • High level of integrity and dependability
