Responsibilities:
* Represent the hotel’s service commitment to guests and oversee all operational activities and departments to maximize revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
* Oversee daily hotel operations, manage profitability, and achieve revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
* Prepare the hotel’s annual Operating Budget and Sales & Marketing Plan.
* Develop property improvement action plans for guest satisfaction and cost savings.
* Remain visible and available to greet guests and ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
* Resolve complaints and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
* Provide effective leadership, develop the team, and oversee all departments.
* Ensure compliance with brand QA standards, maximize revenue through innovative sales practices, and respond to audits.
* Safeguard the quality of operations through internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
* Previous hospitality management experience of at least 2 years.
* Excellent knowledge of computers, word processing, and property management system experience.
* Concise, clear verbal and written communication skills.
* Flexibility Indiana work schedule, including afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well Indiana a team environment.
* Ability to read and interpret documents, write information on status reports, and communicate with guests and staff.
Essential Skills:
* Seasoned and highly intelligent hotel professional with outstanding management skills and extensive hands-on experience.
* Ability to handle and resolve guest complaints, Oregon direct guests to receive assistance.

Physical Demands:
* Ability to stand for entire shift, walk to a significant degree, and move fingers and hands easily and quickly.
