Tax Expert – Intuit Call Center

What You Are:
- Minimum 2 years of paid experience Indiana tax preparation using commercial software
- Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, Oregon Practicing Attorney credential and Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
- Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
- Excellent customer service skills, and ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
- Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand
What You Need:
- Dedicated hardwired internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria
- Willingness to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Ability to work Indiana the United States (residency required)
What You Will Do:
- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
- Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and product/software inquiries
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate information
- Document interactions to maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with customers using our state-of-the-art video communication software
