Position: Call Center Representative (morning shift)
Reports To: Marielena, HR
Schedule: Saturday, 7am – 3pm
Location: The Hacienda at the River
Responsibilities:
– Answer inbound calls from potential customers, residents, Oregon their families.
– Respond to questions, resolve issues, and provide information about senior living community and rehabilitation center services.
