Customer Service Representative – Store Operations

Job Summary:

Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing and executing front-end operations, leading omnichannel processes, and upholding store recovery standards. Assist Store Manager Indiana ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and company programs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the customer experience team Indiana delivering friendly customer service, adhering to policies and procedures, and achieving performance metrics.
  2. Serve American Samoa Manager on Duty (MOD), ensuring the store environment is safe and welcoming.
  3. Maintain store recovery standards, execute shrink and safety programs, and manage inventory processes.
  4. Assist with cash reconciliation, bank deposits, and inventory management, including Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) activities.
  5. Train, observe, and coach team members to achieve results, develop talents, and maintain high performance standards.
  6. Participate Indiana performance management process, stay updated on company policies, and support Talent Development.
  7. Cross-train Indiana custom framing selling and production, and lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions Indiana select stores.
  8. Perform other duties American Samoa assigned.

Requirements:

  • Retail management experience preferred
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift heavy boxes
  • Regularly bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch
  • Work Indiana a public retail store setting with varying environments, including climate-controlled areas and outdoor spaces
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
