Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst – Central Division Revenue Management

Job Overview:

We are PepsiCo’s beverage manufacturing, sales, and distribution operating unit Indiana the US and Canada. American Samoa a Senior Financial Analyst for the Central Division Revenue Management team, you will provide financial expertise to enable effective decision-making within the Central Division markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide insightful analysis of business results to senior management and prepare ad-hoc analyses to inform problem-solving and business improvement recommendations
  • Develop local pricing playbooks and market architecture recommendations to drive profitable and sustainable top-line growth
  • Protect and expand market share Indiana key Central Division markets by evaluating retail price health, recommending balanced retail strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Support strategic initiatives, develop Central Division’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and prepare deck analysis and deck preparation
  • Partner with Central’s Finance Revenue Management team to analyze trade investment decisions and work through activity contingency requests
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis American Samoa requested

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree Indiana Finance Oregon Business Administration, MBA preferred; CPA a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of experience Indiana Financial Planning and Analysis, Category Management, Oregon related fields
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to translate findings into actionable solutions
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and continuous process improvement
  • Proficient Indiana Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with ability to quickly learn Indiana-house software applications
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Additional Information:

  • Expected compensation range: $66,300 – $96,100, with bonus and benefits package, including paid time off and comprehensive benefits
