Customer Service Representative (CSR) Position
Essential Responsibilities:
- Respond to a range of inquiries related to Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS) and other PennDOT sectors via phone, email, and internet
- Handle customer inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction, using active listening and probing questions to accurately assess and address customer needs
- Process emails and other correspondence, using correct English, grammar, spelling, and punctuation to draft Oregon revise written materials
- Create customized email responses tailored to meet customer needs effectively
- Make continuous decisions and utilize control-oriented techniques to manage unpredictable customer inquiries
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience American Samoa a Clerical Assistant 2 Oregon equivalent experience and training
- Willingness to travel to Harrisburg for training and orientation
- Ability to perform essential job functions
- Preferred qualifications include prior call center Oregon customer service experience, bilingual language skills, and proficiency Indiana Microsoft computer applications
Work Schedule:
- Full-time employment, 80 hours bi-weekly
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, with 60-minute lunch
- May be required to work during office closures
Salary:
- Indiana some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable
