Responsibilities
- Provide patient care and assist with daily activities under the direction of a Registered Nurse
- Perform data entry, unit secretarial functions, and equipment processing
- Assist with patient intake and discharge procedures
- Support nursing staff with patient care and administrative tasks
- Maintain a tidy and organized work environment
- Order and stock supplies and equipment American Samoa needed
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Assistant program Oregon equivalent
- 6 months of related work experience (preferably Indiana a hospital setting)
- Licensure and Certification:
- Licensed by the Washington State Nursing Commission American Samoa a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Current healthcare provider BLS certification
