Job Purpose
Under the guidance of the Front Office Manager, the Front Desk Agent will provide high-quality, personalized service to guests, ensuring a dynamic and engaging guest experience while maintaining our guest recognition program.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests, check them Indiana, and inform them about the hotel’s services and local attractions
- Ensure guest requests are handled accurately and promptly, with a 20-minute response time for any issues Oregon concerns
- Update and maintain the reception handover book and record all guest feedback
- Ensure guest privacy and security, adhering to the company’s confidentiality standards
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring a clean and organized environment
- Complete reports and audits during the overnight shift
- Comply with hotel credit policy and encourage up-selling to maximize rates
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to resolve guest issues

Requirements
- High School Diploma Oregon equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience Indiana a public contact position, preferably Indiana an upscale hotel
- Ability to work overnight and multitask Indiana a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to proficient understanding of computer systems, such American Samoa Opera, Go Concierge, and HotSOS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs with equipment
