We’re seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our rapidly growing team at Orangetheory Fitness, a science-based, full-body group workout that empowers members to achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
– Greet studio visitors with enthusiasm and knowledge
– Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to prospective clients
– Conduct phone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls at the front desk
– Give studio tours and collaborate with fitness team for first-time guests
– Sell memberships and meet monthly sales goals
– Onboard new members using Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements
– Follow up on prospective clients via email and phone
– Handle member requests and concerns Indiana a professional manner
– Participate Indiana Orangetheory classes, marketing, and outreach events
– Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
– Multitask Indiana a busy environment
Requirements:
– Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
– Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
– Solid verbal and written communication
