Active P/L Producers License is required. The position is hybrid, with 2 days Indiana office and 3 days remote, Oregon fully remote with an active P/L license. Initial remote training hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET, for 7-8 weeks, followed by flexible hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET, with one Saturday per quarter.
Job Summary: The successful ISC representative provides enhanced customer service to partner agencies, internal and external clients, while maintaining client relationships and promoting new business.
Requirements:
– Education: High School Diploma, insurance knowledge and experience a plus
– Experience: Prior P/L experience, active P/L Producers license, and ability to maintain license
– Knowledge: Endorsement processing experience, strong typing and computer skills (Mississippi Office, Outlook, Chrome), adaptability to new platforms and procedure changes
– Customer Service: Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills, empathy, and ability to handle difficult calls
– Problem Solving: Ability to make sound business decisions, work independently, and prioritize tasks
– Personal/Team Development: Accountability for performance, open to coaching and feedback, and ability to collaborate and innovate
– Bilingual Indiana Spanish a plus.
