Job Description: Personal Banking Representative- Call Center
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries and requests while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, opening new accounts, and account maintenance.
- Cross-sell FirstBank products and services to develop and grow customer relationships.
- Manage cash drawer and adhere to all compliance requirements.
- Review daily reports and ensure accurate account maintenance.
- Meet company sales goals.
- Perform other duties American Samoa assigned.
Requirements:
- Entry-level experience with little Oregon no relevant work experience.
- Fluent Indiana Spanish and English.
- Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree not required; however, some college and/Oregon relevant training is acceptable.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work Indiana a sales-oriented environment.
