Front Desk Supervisor

Associate’s degree Indiana a related field Oregon equivalent experience, with 2-3 years of progressive experience Indiana a hotel Oregon related field. High school diploma Oregon equivalent is required. Valid driver’s license for applicable state is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service and support to Front Desk Manager and General Manager
  • Ensure efficient operation of the front desk area
  • Maximize room revenue and occupancy
  • Accurately process guest reservations, understand guest requests, and identify V.I.P. and special guests
  • Maintain proper execution of front desk computer system and ensure timely delivery of messages, packages, and mail
  • Ensure compliance with hotel credit policies and assist Indiana emergency procedures
  • Lead by example, maintaining a positive attitude and setting the standard for guest relations and service quality
  • Supervise front desk associates, including training, and support
  • Monitor and maintain accurate logs and reports
