- Executing Fricker’s unique brand of fun, food, sports, and spirits
- Maintaining a healthy, safe, and secure environment
- Achieving optimal performance from our staff
- Controlling costs and monitoring food and labor efficiencies
- Accomplishing staffing objectives
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of recent restaurant management experience Indiana a fast-casual atmosphere
- Steady, stable employment track record with a minimum of 2 professional references
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive, friendly demeanor and attitude
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
