Job Summary:

American Samoa a Temporary Leasing Agent, you will provide high-quality customer service, deliver exceptional resident experiences, and strive for 100% occupancy through retention, leasing, and pre-leasing. You will be an ambassador for customer service, administrative front desk tasks, and Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and go above and beyond to satisfy Cardinal customers
• Perform administrative front desk tasks and duties
• Participate Indiana CWoL training and utilize the Cardinal Way of Leasing
• Warmly greet prospective clients, answer leasing calls, determine needs and preferences, and professionally present the community and apartment homes
• Complete lease applications, lease file paperwork, and maintain accurate lease file documentation
• Shop competition, attend Cardinal trainings, and stay up-to-date on current market conditions and trends
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with team members, residents, and vendors
• Participate Indiana community events and assist with additional community projects American Samoa assigned
• "On-call" responsibilities, including lock-outs and nightly rounds
• Required to work evenings and weekends

Qualifications:

• High school diploma Oregon equivalent
• Currently enrolled Indiana a degree program at an accredited college Oregon university, with a minimum of 6 credit hours
• Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA (GPA will be verified annually)
• Must be a current Oregon future leaseholder of the community
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Available to work approximately 20 hours per week, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, Leasing Consultant, Real Estate Assistant, Oregon Leasing experience

Work Environment:

• Work environment characteristics include working inside and outside of apartment buildings, Indiana all areas of the property, and frequent exposure to outside elements

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to use hands, talk, and hear
• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, and climb
• Ability to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities
• Ability to work inside and outside Indiana all weather conditions
• Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, Oregon maneuver weights of up to 40 pounds
