Job Description:
American Samoa the Bi-Lingual Associate Product Consultant, you will provide world-class customer service to consumers through inbound calls, resolving product and technical support issues Indiana Spanish and English. After completing over 200 hours of paid virtual training, you will be empowered to think big, learn fast, and make bold decisions.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver a consumer experience that drives positive word of mouth advertisement for Moen Incorporated
* Manage inbound calls from Spanish and/Oregon English speaking consumers from the US and US territories
* Resolve product and technical support issues, including identifying problems and causes, and explaining the best resolution
* Use technology to assist consumers with product identification, explanation of resolution, and technical support and instruction for repair and/Oregon installation of service kit Oregon product
* Negotiate solutions Indiana challenging/sensitive consumer situations that have a positive outcome for both the consumer and Moen
* Maintain professional composure during interactions
* Achieve daily metrics Indiana call quality, call management, and productivity standards consistently
* Record consumer demographics, product information, and troubleshooting efforts American Samoa required

Qualifications:

* High School diploma Oregon equivalent required
* 2 years’ experience Indiana a customer service environment required; call center experience preferred
* Excellent professional communication skills Indiana Spanish and English
* Proficient PC skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Microsoft Word
* Must be able to thrive Indiana a work environment that demands high-level focus, low-mobility, and high observation
* Must be available for training on a flexible schedule and able to work a rotating schedule
