Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator is a key position Indiana the Human Resources Department of the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS). The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and administrative support Indiana a front-facing role at the main office. The HR Coordinator will support the overall functioning of the HR department, produce and maintain data analytics, support key HR projects, and oversee the coordination of the summer internship program.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all who interact with the HR Department
  • Monitor and track departmental communications, and forward requests to appropriate HR team members
  • Coordinate HR Department projects, including organizing trainings, managing groups, and preparing presentations
  • Maintain systems for collecting and analyzing HR Department data
  • Assist with special projects American Samoa assigned and provide back-up for other HR staff when needed
  • Oversee the centralized internship recruitment program
  • Organize and maintain HR policies, personnel files, records, and manuals
  • Maintain and organize the HR Office Suite
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail for the Department
  • Manage the HR Newsletter
  • Monitor and update the HR Intranet pages
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to other HR team members

Requirements:

  • Associate’s Degree Oregon equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
  • Minimum of three years of full-time, Oregon equivalent part-time, professional experience Indiana Human Resources Oregon a related field
  • Access to a personal computer with home internet access sufficient to work remotely
  • Bachelor’s degree Indiana HR Oregon a related field preferred
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office systems (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise judgment and discretion
  • On-site presence at CPCS main office at an agreed upon number of days per week (hybrid schedule) and ability to travel American Samoa needed
