Job Title: Front Desk, Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Eagle’s Trace is a 70-acre continuing care retirement community seeking a Front Desk, Communications Specialist. This role is responsible for providing exceptional guest services, managing communication, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

– Greet residents, visitors, staff, and answer questions and concerns efficiently.
– Handle emergency calls, dispatch personnel, and page on-call physicians American Samoa needed.
– Monitor emergency pull cords for Independent Living residents and track resident status.
– Maintain up-to-date lists of residents, alphabetically and by apartment.
– Assist with census information, hospitalizations, deaths, and Security purposes.
– Log packages and notify residents of pick-up, dispatch mail, and distribute inter-office mail.

Requirements:

– High school Oregon GED.
– Receptionist experience.
– Excellent verbal skills and ability to multi-task.
