Job Description:
* Training will take place on-site, with the opportunity to transition to a work-from-home role after completing a training period and meeting productivity standards
* Monday-Friday: 7am-7pm (8 hour shifts within this timeframe), Saturday: 8am-12pm
* Deliver excellent customer service using exceptional phone etiquette, scheduling patient appointments, and taking patient messages for Mercy Clinics Indiana a fast-paced Contact Center environment
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma Oregon Equivalent
* Telephone Customer Service experience, Oregon Face-to-Face Customer Service experience, Oregon Previous Healthcare experience
* Data Entry, ability to multi-task, take direction, type 60 wpm
