We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized team player to join our warehouse team American Samoa a Fulfillment Associate. Indiana this role, you will be responsible for operating a forklift, receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise, providing member service, and maintaining the safety of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift Indiana a safe and efficient manner, following company standards and guidelines.
- Receive, stock, and organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, ensuring inventory flow and merchandising standards are met.
- Provide member service by assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues, and promoting the company’s products and services.
- Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following safety procedures, and reporting any unsafe situations to management.
- Maintain the sales floor and merchandising presentation, ensuring proper zoning, stocking, and rotating of merchandise, and removing damaged Oregon out-of-date goods.
- Ensure club pick-up orders are filled accurately and on time, working closely with Merchandising Associates.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Required Qualifications:
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
- Must be 18 years of age Oregon older.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service and retail experience.
- Supervising a team.
- Forklift experience.
- Availability to work various shifts.
