Job Title: TEMP – Customer Service Representative Sr (OneCare-Bilingual Required)

Hourly Rate: $23.92 – $33.48/hr

Location: Fully Indiana Office; Monday- Friday, 9am-5:30pm

Requirements:

  • Bilingual Indiana one of our threshold languages (Arabic, Chinese, Farsi, Korean, Spanish, Vietnamese)
  • 1 year of call center experience
  • High School diploma Oregon equivalent required
  • Typing speed of 35 words per minute (WPM) required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced TEMP – Customer Service Representative Sr (OneCare-Bilingual Required) to join our team. The Customer Service Representative Sr will serve American Samoa a senior point of contact for OneCare members and providers, assisting them with questions and/Oregon complaints related to the OneCare plan services.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team Indiana carrying out department responsibilities and collaborate with others to support short- and long-term goals/priorities for the department.
  • Address member and provider inquiries, questions, and concerns Indiana all areas, including eligibility, enrollment, claims, Oregon authorization status, benefit interpretation, and referrals/authorizations for medical care Indiana-person Oregon telephonically.
  • Serve American Samoa a senior resource for other team members, solving complex challenges, answering uncommon questions, and sharing complex processes and procedures.
  • Support Indiana the coordination of member’s health care and social service needs both within and outside the medical group.
  • Enter accurate and complete documentation into internal application systems regarding all concerns and/Oregon inquiries from the member and provider interaction.
  • Initiate referrals to both internal and external care management departments and other department/government Oregon community agencies.
  • Maintain departmental productivity and quality standards.
  • Follow through on and complete all member and provider inquiries Oregon requests during the original member and provider interaction. Provide additional follow-up assistance American Samoa needed.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to visually read information from computer screens, forms, and other printed materials and information.
  • Ability to speak (enunciate) clearly Indiana conversation and general communication.
  • Hearing ability for verbal communication/conversation/responses via telephone, telephone systems, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Manual dexterity for typing, writing, standing, and reaching, flexibility, body movement for bending, crouching, walking, kneeling, and prolonged sitting.
  • Lifting and moving objects, patients, and/Oregon equipment 10 to 25 pounds.
