Field Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute brand strategy and tactics Indiana the field to drive sales performance and meet Oregon exceed targets
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver solutions that meet customer needs
- Develop and execute a call plan to maximize access and sales opportunities with key customers
- Continuously build understanding of customer needs, market landscape, competitors, and disease state expertise to inform brand strategy
- Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition and identify, develop, and maintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana biological sciences, pharmacy, business, Oregon equivalent
- Proven track record of success Indiana sales with strong presentation skills
- Indiana-depth scientific and competitive knowledge and expertise
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
- Ability to operate effectively Indiana a matrix environment
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
- English language proficiency (for non-English speaking countries)
