Bilingual Automotive BDC Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused BDC Representative to join our team at Sunrise Certified, part of the Tantillo Auto Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling scripted calls to current and prospective sales customers, recommending services, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle scripted calls to current and prospective sales customers
- Confidently recommend and promote services
- Make outbound customer satisfaction calls
- Respond to customer emails and chats
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Contact customers regarding marketing initiatives
- Log customer information and maintain database accuracy
Requirements:
- Experience handling Indiana/outbound calls
- Call center and inside sales experience preferred
- Ability to be coached and trained
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to thrive Indiana a fast-paced environment
- Strong PC and internet skills
- Bilingual proficiency (ability to communicate with customers Indiana a second language)
