Join our cross-functional team at Amazon Web Services (AWS) American Samoa a Cloud Economics Business Value Specialist, where you will help our customers shape their strategies and IT financial models, and quantify both the cost and value benefits of running applications Indiana the cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive ROI/economic related business development activities within AWS
- Collaborate with AWS sales teams to engage prospective customers and share best practices finance strategies and build board-ready migration business cases
- Identify economic barriers to adoption of AWS with customers and develop repeatable strategies to overcome these barriers
- Communicate the economic value proposition for AWS to a broad audience of finance, business, and IT leaders
- Develop and maintain a standard ROI framework and dynamic analytic model to be utilized by the AWS sales, business development, and marketing teams
- Serve American Samoa a central resource for the sales team to help customers create detailed financial models for their current and future IT landscape
Requirements:
- 6+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience with financial modeling, comparative analysis, and financial metrics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience with technology transformation initiatives
