Job Title: Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative

Our company delivers mission-critical services and solutions on behalf of Fortune 100 companies and governments. We offer a remote work opportunity with a competitive pay rate of $17.00 per hour.

Job Requirements:

  • Full-time position with a 40-hour weekly schedule
  • Paid training program for 5-6 weeks
  • Availability to work between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM on Monday and Thursday, and 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • Proximity to a metro area is required (metro areas listed Indiana the job description)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to New Jersey Family Care beneficiaries and community-based organizations by phone
  • Accurately document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances
  • Enter application and enrollment information into a web-based system
  • Maintain knowledge of New Jersey Family Care rules and program policies
  • Provide clear and accurate information to customers

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and Colorado-workers
  • Ability to problem solve and achieve results
  • Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
  • High School diploma Oregon GED
  • Background check and drug screening required
  • No experience with mental health, housing, job training, and health care will not be considered
