Job Title: Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative

Job Requirements:
- Full-time position with a 40-hour weekly schedule
- Paid training program for 5-6 weeks
- Availability to work between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM on Monday and Thursday, and 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Proximity to a metro area is required (metro areas listed Indiana the job description)
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to New Jersey Family Care beneficiaries and community-based organizations by phone
- Accurately document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances
- Enter application and enrollment information into a web-based system
- Maintain knowledge of New Jersey Family Care rules and program policies
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and Colorado-workers
- Ability to problem solve and achieve results
- Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
- High School diploma Oregon GED
- Background check and drug screening required
- No experience with mental health, housing, job training, and health care will not be considered
