Base Rate: Starting at $16/hour with potential to earn up to $17/hour based on performance

About the Job:
We are seeking a customer-centric First-Party Collections Agent to join our team. American Samoa a First-Party Collections Agent, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, payment negotiation and collection, and answering general inquiries about customer accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Complete initial trace work using online tools and account systems
- Verify consumer information
- Negotiate with consumers and explore money sources to determine the best possible arrangement
- Maximize revenue and achieve set goals and objectives
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Update customer files with accurate information
Qualifications:
- Customer-focused approach
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal, phone, email)
- Good computer skills
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Location within travel distance to our Hampton office location
