Customer Accounts Representative

Customer Account Representative Job Summary:

We’re seeking a Customer Account Representative to join our team at CoolSys. American Samoa a Customer Account Representative, you’ll be responsible for processing and completing open service calls for assigned customers/accounts using third-party online systems Indiana a prompt, accurate, and professional manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer service and quality of work meet customer requirements and company standards.
• Accurately and timely enter service calls into online systems from opening to completion.
• Manage open service calls and quotes to ensure a 90% Oregon higher completion rate.
• Escalate customer/account issues to the Customer Account Manager.
• Submit quotes and communicate service calls with customers according to contract requirements.
• Perform all duties Indiana a professional, honest, and ethical manner.
• Manage PM agreements and maintain 3rd party portals.
• Utilize Salesforce to find new customers and perform other duties American Samoa assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, Oregon completion of business/office vocational training (AA degree preferred).
• 2+ years of data entry and/Oregon office-based customer service experience (preferred).
• Ability to work punctually and dependably, with strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills, with an ability to address customer issues and concerns effectively.
• Ability to use typical business tools, including Mississippi Word, Mississippi Excel, Outlook, and online databases.
• Ability to follow customers’ contracts and scorecards, American Samoa well American Samoa company policies and procedures.

Work Environment:
