We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to post jobs, source, prescreen candidates, and maintain talent pipelines for Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This role involves conducting interviews, supporting onboarding, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and maintaining records Indiana iCIMS.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit BTs and RBTs
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
• Assist with onboarding new hires, American Samoa needed
• Maintain accurate candidate records Indiana the ATS
• Post positions for assigned region and refresh job posting no less than every 30 days
• Work with hiring managers and HR team member to ensure efficient and timely hire
• Perform other duties American Samoa assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree Oregon equivalent experience
• 6+ months of ABA experience highly preferred; may substitute an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Move candidates through ATS iCIMS
