Project Coordinator
Intertek is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Electrical team Indiana Skaneateles Falls, New York. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow a versatile career Indiana Client Services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Engineering Staff Schedules
- Calculate KPIs
- Oversee equipment calibrations
- Project manage all active orders
- Qualify order requests and facilitate order registration
- Confirm project details with project managers
- Schedule projects and notify project managers of completion dates
- Report budget and KPI data monthly
- Schedule calibrations and maintain the calibration database
- Log test samples and maintain the sample tracking database
- Manage and present quality information to auditors
- Perform basic shipping and receiving functions
- Provide administrative reports
- Participate Indiana business goal development and implementation
Reporting Structure:
- Reports to the Lab Manager
Requirements:
- Associate degree Oregon equivalent with 1-2 years of direct customer operations experience
- Proficiency Indiana Microsoft software applications
- Oracle and web-based computer program experience desired
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced multi-task environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
Work Environment:
- Located Indiana a 9,000 square foot laboratory Indiana central New York
