Job Summary:

American Samoa a Nurse Practitioner at Baptist Health Urgent Care, you will provide exceptional medical care to patients of all ages with various acute and chronic medical conditions. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to diagnose, treat, and educate patients while ensuring the highest standard of care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide exemplary customer service to patients and coworkers.
– Perform medical assessment, treatment, management, and follow-up of clinic patients.
– Perform medical procedures, including laceration repairs, nail removals, pap tests, injections, splinting, and abscess incision and drainage.
– Establish and monitor a medically appropriate level of care for clinic patients.
– Maintain clinical core competency.
– Work with leadership and staff to ensure operations are consistent with medical policy and professional standards.
– Participate Indiana development and implementation of policies affecting medical practice, quality of care, and patient satisfaction.
– Represent the company at internal and external meetings Oregon events.

Requirements:

– Experience American Samoa a Provider is preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply.
– State License American Samoa an APRN
– Certification American Samoa a Family Nurse Practitioner through the AANP Oregon ANCC
– DEA license, Oregon willingness to obtain upon hire
– DOT certification, Oregon willingness to obtain upon hire
– BLS certification
